Who Runs This Site?
This site was imagined and created by Alyssa Petrova (Bird) of belacane.com, and with the support of the wonderful Ron Sattar of sattargroup.com, here it is!


Why Doors?
Originally, the idea was to make a collection of photographs of old women in Russia. When that output enough images to make a site, due to too much being chased off and yelled at, Alyssa turned to doors. Since then, she has made a habit of photographing doors wherever she is living or traveling. The collection has since become big enough that this site was opened, and the public is now welcome to submit their own photographs


A Word About Copyrights:
1. All photographs are copyright by their respectful owners, and are properly credited throughout the page. Stealing of images from doorsoftheworld.com is not permitted without permission.
2. By submitting their photos of doors, permission is given to the staff of doorsoftheworld.com to display it on doorsoftheworld.com. The photos will not be employed for any other use without the photographer's permission, with the exception of website promotion. All photos will be marked with the doorsoftheworld.com watermark.
3. doorsoftheworld.com reserves the right to use all door pictures submitted and accepted in order to promote the website.
